Cabify is live in Cancun, but it's difficult to hail a ride inside the hotel zone. I'm not sure if it is geo restricted by the app or if there just aren't many units in the hotel zone waiting for rides. In town, it's easy to hail a ride on Cabify and they can take you anywhere. There are a bunch of reviews for the Cabify/Easy Taxi Cab App but they are mixed in that they included over 30 countries and 130 cities. Hard to tell which reviews are just for Cancun and the areas around Cancun like Playa del Carmen, Playacar, Tulum and Cozumel.
